Artisan fresh pasta in Menton.
At Pasta Piemonte, we prepare fresh egg pasta, ravioli and gnocchi in small batches, with a clear distinction between certified organic pasta and products that are not organic.
Organic, stated precisely.
Fresh egg tagliatelle, tagliolini and pappardelle are organic. The Maison’s dried pasta is also organic. Ravioli and gnocchi are not organic. We prefer to state this clearly rather than extend certification to products that do not carry it.

Our ravioli, including Menton Lemon Ravioli, and our gnocchi are made by hand in our Menton workshop but are not part of the certified organic range.
