Organic fresh pasta
Pasta Piemonte has held organic certification since 2018 for the relevant products. Fresh long egg pasta and dried pasta identified as organic are made in our Menton workshop.
Organic, precisely defined
Organic certification does not cover the entire range. We clearly distinguish organic lines from ravioli and gnocchi that are not organic.
Certification and traceability
Organic production requires rigorous management of ingredients, storage and traceability.

The pasta is produced in small batches with particular attention to texture and cooking performance.
