Pasta Piemonte progressively integrates environmental responsibility, training, local cooperation and continuous improvement into the daily decisions of the Maison.
Environmental transition and recognition.
The Maison was selected by Région Sud for the CEDRE programme, was a France Relance laureate for its project to reduce plastic packaging, and received the Stars & Métiers award in the Responsable category.
Training, inclusion and local roots.
Pasta Piemonte hosts trainees and works with local training and inclusion partners, including the Lycée Hôtelier de Menton and Mission Locale, while maintaining links with institutions, local networks and producers.
Cooperation for the Riviera.
Pasta Piemonte is among the founders of the Coopérative de la Riviera – SCIC Les Hespérides, a territorial cooperative project dedicated to strengthening local supply chains and know-how.
